I finally have some time to hunt this down. When Cyndi appeared onstage to sing some songs from past dramas, her princes from five different dramas were there to accompany her and passed out various goodies to the audience. However, the best part must be the ending when Tony appeared and started singing “Tormented.” It sure brought back some memories. Check out the clip below from BeautiMode創意生活風格網:
The 5th was Cyndi’s birthday and it really proved who remembered and who didn’t. (We don’t count people who are WAY too busy with their lives, right? NOT! It’s a matter of effort.) Anyway, not counting the girls and some of the guys that I am not familiar with (regarding friendship/history/rumored), BUT the ones I do sort of followed are listed by the time (earliest to latest)–with Cyndi’s responses to them:
Nicholas Teo/ Zhang Dong Liang (張棟樑) – WINNER – He’s mad busy with his new album YET still beat everyone! (No excuse from the others!)
Joe Cheng/ Zheng Yuan Chang (鄭元暢) – 1ST RUNNER UP – Joe delivers! He’s her good friend all right.
Wilber Pan Wei Bo (潘瑋柏) – 2ND RUNNER UP – Another good friend. They’re going to celebrate together! Yay!
JJ Lin (林俊傑) – A promising one from JJ! Do we get to see more pictures then? Or is it in the distant future that they meet up?
Eli Shi Yi Nan (施易男) – The other leading guy didn’t abandon her yet her leading man did? LOL! I haven’t watched Love Keeps Going yet but it’s great to know they’re keeping in touch.
Jacky Chu/ Zhu Fan Gang (祝釩剛) – I so didn’t know this, but no surprise that they’re not that closed? But still cool that he’s admitting that. Always a first for everything? (She still didn’t add him. It’s okay. He’ll get over it. I hope.)
Calvin Chen Yi Ru (辰亦儒) – Calvin’s time is actually 21:28. I went to his page and made sure of it regarding the time-stamp. Cool that they’re still interacting and he beat someone! mwuhahahaha (Okay, just kidding…)
Danson Tang Yu Zhe (唐禹哲) – Just one second behind Calvin. (Blame it on the technology, lol.) I just began stalking Danson recently. So cool that their birthdays are 3 days apart.
Jiro Wang Dong Cheng (汪東城) –SAD CASE – There are no other words to describe it except those two, LOL! Or are Jindi fans going to come up with those things about ‘saving the best for last’? (Okay, just messing around here since thoughts do count…)
Okay, so unless they don’t have Weibo–or had already said ‘happy birthday’ to her through another way, who knows? The others, better luck next year, LOL!
Back to this one! Looks familiar? Yeah, ’cause it’s connected to the previous post. I missed two people so I had to do a new one to put them in. Yeah, after receiving complaints, I guess I’ll have to be fair about it? (YEAH…RIGHT…)
So I added in 5, not just 2. Nice? Another difference is updating a few of their recent interactions on Weibo! Or any other things that I missed last time.
Wallace Huo Jian Hua (霍建華) – Still behind on my stuff. Since no news or links of them lately, I guess I’ll just have to rely on fanfic. Still too caught up with Jindi stuffs to write an appropriate one for them. I’m re-writing Desperate Moments in the future. So maybe there’s something?
Sam Wang Shao Wei (王少偉) – Recently he and Cyndi (and a bunch of other celebs) attended the event to help Japan. Anyway, they were spotted together and was also asked a bunch of questions. Possible? Sam’s always so boyish and shy so I don’t know. BUT we’ll see. (More hexing for Jindi fans?) Just kidding. It would be too weird for me though since they have the same last name.
Tony Sun Xie Zhi (孫協志) – No signs? But can’t really rule anything. He’s still around and they’re probably still keeping in touch. And no worries, I’m still working on a possible new Tony and Cyndi fanfic. (YES, he’s the only one within the so-called family that I would accept.)
Zax Wang Ren Fu (王仁甫) – No chance but just leaving him in as part of the list anyway.
Jason Hsu/ Xu Meng Zhe (許孟哲) – Still impossible? Just kidding…
JJ Lin (林俊傑) – One of the first guys she added on Weibo so…
Leon Jay Williams (立威廉) – Still impossible.
Matthew Lin Ming Dao (明道) – Cyndi added him (finally). That was a while back but was all right. Nothing much. Let’s keep it that way? LOL!
Jacky Chu/ Zhu Fan Gang (祝釩剛) – Why am I even putting him in when he was just the evil loan-shark person in Heaven’s Wedding Gown? Ummm…hey, he was tagging Cyndi on Weibo. They were once under J-Star together and had worked together so it made sense that he knows her. AND also follows her stuff. He calls her Wan Xin Ni (丸心妮). And he begs her to follow him. (Sort of…just kidding…) So how did she respond? NOPE, no response yet. She’s still too busy stalking others. (It took her a while to add his buddy Ming Dao SO why should he be any different?) What I found funnier was some of his fans jumped in and begged Cyndi to add him too. LOL! (I wasn’t one of them, that’s why I’m still laughing.) We’ll see when she does get around to adding him. (IF at all.)
Lee Wei (李威) – When in the world did the rumors start? Not sure but it came up again in the recent months. But interesting. They’re probably good friends.
Kenji Wu Ke Qun (吳克羣) – No connection on Weibo yet. But that doesn’t mean anything, right? Oh well. I said in last post’s comment that I’m not really into their interactions. But just putting him in here so fans could be happy that I do know about their interactions? LOL! Oh yeah, he was almost cast alongside her in Smile Pasta but that failed. It didn’t matter anyway since he was supposed to portray Nic’s brother aka no chance.
Nicholas Teo/ Zhang Dong Liang (張棟樑) – He’s still stalking her on Weibo–along with some others. But it’s good to see the consistency in their interactions. She doesn’t respond much lately, but it’s okay. Still, fun to stalk.
Gino from K-One (蔡尚甫) – Ah Zhe! LOL! He’s still in exile with Jacky aka haven’t added him yet but he had made an attempt to talk to her? Another J-Star family member. We’ll see when he’s out of exile status. LOL!
Joe Cheng/ Zheng Yuan Chang (鄭元暢) – Okay, so they are good friends and work together in the N + a ADs. Major cuteness! (But let’s not get too into it since some people might get on her case like some would do to Amber’s current collaboration in Channel X. We know why. Let’s not get there.) But I’m thinking of a possible story for them in the future? If it’s not a pairing, would still have some interactions.
Jiro Wang Dong Cheng (汪東城) – Still stalking Cyndi. Probably the only one she talks to a lot? (Aside from her brothers?) NOT sure, but Jindi fans would be happy.
Calvin Chen Yi Ru (辰亦儒) – He finally joined Weibo recently so there’s even more excitement going on. But they haven’t added each other yet? No, wait. He added her but she didn’t add him yet. (At least Qiao added him so he should be happy? LOL!)
Vic Chou/ Zhou Yu Min (周渝民) – No signs of anything after ADs. I miss that.
Show Luo Zhi Xiang (羅志祥) – Not much of interaction lately? Or did I miss something? They’re still under the same company so I guess there’s something to think about. (IF you want to…)
Mike He Jun Xiang (賀軍翔) – They were caught at the movies together! Well, it was with other friends too. But the press made it look like something. (Mike doesn’t want to get creamed by Jiro?)
Wilber Pan Wei Bo (潘瑋柏) – Still stalking her. And some other people. It’s still fun.
Any changes in my decision? I don’t know. Still too early to say anything.
AGAIN, NO BASHING LIKE LAST TIME. I have my own favorites as I said before, but that doesn’t mean we have the license to bash other pairings.

Cyndi had to push her way through the mall, fighting the crowd. When she finally reached backstage and found her team, she took her sunglasses off and glimpsed the area. Will and Sandrine were flirting at one corner of the room while they got ready. No Jiro. Vic and Janine were at another corner, possibly talking about their upcoming promotional event. Or something totally different from that. A secret get together maybe? It didn’t matter.
“Good that you made it!” Her agent’s voice rang into her ears. “Where were you?”
Cyndi turned back to face her. “Is Jiro here yet?”
“No, Fahrenheit are going to be here later,” The helpful response came.
Cyndi tossed her bag aside and began getting ready.
“We have a last minute change,” The event organizer announced to them. “Regarding Fahrenheit.”
Cyndi stopped brushing her hair. Fahrenheit included Jiro, right?
“Aaron won’t be able to make it back in time,” The organizer continued.
Cyndi let go of her breath. She did not realize she was holding it.
“Showtime in half an hour.”
Yet Jiro wasn’t present.
“Fahrenheit got delayed in traffic,” Another announcement came half an hour later.
“We’ll just go first,” Will volunteered–since he managed to peel his eyes away from Sandrine already.
So the show went on with the host announcing the event’s beginning–and introducing the guests afterward. They picked some of the children for the upcoming skit. Cyndi did all that in monotone but still managed a bright, sweet smile for the camera. The camera flashes and glares were blinding her. However, that was the least of her concern. The next hour continued in a buzz. They had a break soon–and they had taken full advantage of it by piling into the spacious room to cool down.
“Those kids sure are energetic,” Sandrine said, sitting down at a chair and fanning herself with her hands.
“Don’t tell me you’re getting old,” Will teased, settling at a chair next to her.
Will handed both Cyndi and Sandrine a bottle of water he fetched at a nearby cooler. A true gentleman he was. Cyndi was almost glad that he was considerate enough to get her a water bottle as well, considering how much attention he paid to any of them in the last few hours.
“What’s wrong?” Sandrine asked, turning to her with a smile.
“Nothing,” Cyndi replied, having opened her water bottle already. It usually took her faster than that to open her water bottle.
“That was so funny,” Calvin’s voice boomed into the room at that time. “How could they have mistaken you for…” His laughter had drowned out his next words.
Cyndi snapped to alertness at that time. No, it wasn’t because of Calvin’s loud voice. Only partly. His presence meant that Jiro had arrived. And yes, Jiro was stuck in between Calvin and Chun again. Cyndi got up from her place, her water bottle abandoned also.
“Where have you guys been?” Cyndi demanded as soon as she could be heard.
“Your boyfriend was mistaken for someone’s husband earlier,” Calvin piped, having recovered already from his coughing fit–thanks to Chun’s effective thumbing.
Cyndi felt that Chun didn’t thumb hard enough on Calvin’s back. Calvin was still able to run his mouth.
“I think she’s mad,” Chun contributed helpfully, pulling Calvin aside. “Let’s get ready.”
“Five minutes to next show,” The organizer’s voice informed them once more.
How could that be? They just sat down. Cyndi still had her eyes on Jiro.
“Oh, hey,” Jiro said, shrugging his shoulders. “I better check with my manager real quick before we get out there.”
Clean exit. How convenient. Cyndi scowled behind his back. She turned back to her water bottle to find it missing. “What happened to my water bottle?”
“Will thought you didn’t want it so he drank it,” Sandrine answered.
That pig, she scolded silently. He would’ve devoured the bottle too if it wasn’t inedible. Just a few minutes ago, she thought he was a gentleman. How misleading was that? And where was he now? She scanned the room with her radar eyes to find Will and Vic engaged in some sort of conversation–each holding a source of food in their hands. Men and food.
“Back out front, everyone!” The annoying organizer chirped once more.
Cyndi’s princess smile clicked on automatically as soon as she reached the door and the voices of the crowd cheered them on once more.
“For this next part, we will let our performers choose from this hat what their roles will be for the short play,” The host said as soon as they were all lined up on the stage again.
What short play? Cyndi turned to Sandrine for an answer to be greeted with Calvin’s sunshine smile. When had he switched places with Sandrine? She scowled back at him before turning to look straight ahead at the innocent little kids.
“All right,” The host continued. “Who wants to pick first?”
Jiro stepped out of line and walked toward the host–who was waving the hat ever-so-annoyingly at them. “I will.”
“Da Dong! Da Dong! Da Dong!” The crowd cheered him on as he reached into the hat.
“All right, he has one,” The host said–as if it wasn’t obvious already. “We’ll know the result in a bit.”
Jiro turned and waved at the crowd once more before heading back inside.
“Next please,” The host encouraged, waving the annoying black hat again.
Calvin and Chun followed in that order. Will still managed to carry on a conversation with Sandrine the whole while they were waiting for their turn.
“Something wrong?” Vic asked, sliding a hand around her shoulders as she was lost in thoughts. “Who offended our princess?”
He was definitely brave. The crowd was there. And cameras were clicking. Like those paparazzi were shy about spinning their web of stories.
“Stop teasing,” Janine warned Vic, her eyes chiding him.
Vic’s hand slid off Cyndi’s shoulder and dove into the hat. “I could feel my luck today.” He had broadcasted that last bit to the crowd. And he was gone soon after a little mischievous smile.
Janine gave Cyndi a pat for support as they watched Vic disappeared and it was Cyndi’s turn.
“You’re not supposed to show it to the others,” Janine whispered into Cyndi’s ears when she was done with her own turn.
“We’re supposed to dress our part and come out with the surprise.”
“Oh,” Cyndi said lamely.
“And we’re supposed to go to a particular door for our costume also,” Janine continued, taking sympathy on Cyndi’s lack of alertness these past hours. “Since we’re not supposed to let one another know either in case we get excited and blurt it out by accident before the kids are able to guess who has what.”
Cyndi nodded automatically as Janine pushed the door in. She let Cyndi pass first.
They were out fifteen minutes later–or so. Cyndi wasn’t paying attention. Like she had paid any attention since she arrived. And someone here knew why. But did not care to comfort her. Instead, left her to fend off for herself. Again. She was feeling stuffy under the costume already.
“All right,” The host said, trying to get everyone’s attention again. “This is the best part, kids.”
Cyndi rolled her eyes under her suit.
“Alice in Wonderland is now in production,” The host continued in that overly cheerful and sugary voice again.
HUH?! What?! She thought it was just a normal Easter celebration they held and their duty was to entertain the kids with different games? Oh yeah, almost forgot, there was also the play. Short play. But who picked this production? Where was Janine? She needed more information. No, wait. They did not know of each other’s identity under all these stuffy and heavy suits. Was Janine the cute white bunny? No, too tall, she deducted. No, everyone was too tall or too filling anyway. The suits were made for all for one size or something. Or was that one for all size? Whatever. How come no one gave her any script?
“Now, kids,” The host resumed his enthusiasm. “Do not think that we’re putting this up ahead of time. This is going to be acted out by our special guests with their creative minds at work here and now. So let’s see how they would fend for themselves. You will get to vote on who is your favorite at the end of this little show.” The host paused for effect. Dramatic emphasis perhaps? “You will also get to guess who is under those suits afterward. Then they will reveal themselves.”
Everyone clapped at that time, except for the kids. The kids were screaming too loud or were too overly hyper to even settle for clapping. After the host stepped back in his safe and distant corner of the stage, the show began.
“What’s this?” A whining voice asked upon discovering a cake on a table.
What? Cyndi was confused again. She thought they started with the rabbit leading Alice down the hole. Why was Alice at the table? What was that silly white bunny doing then?
Everything went in a breeze as things moved forward. Cyndi waited for her turn to arrive as the scenes went by and each of her fellow colleagues had their witty moment. She had yet to guess two people. Will was being too obvious. Flirting with Sandrine still–even during the play, especially when he was supposed to pretend he was sleeping. What in the world was Vic doing? He wasn’t supposed to appear around that scene. He didn’t care. He was too drunk on the crowd’s possessive worshiping of him–even when he was supposed to be portraying such a stingy character. Well, one that was in the constant fear of cats. And carried an attitude. Who were the annoying overly hyperactive twins then? She tried to guess who were behind those costumes as she delivered her made-up lines. She tossed another hat out of nowhere. Somehow, she was glad her attitude was on high today. It suited her bordering from normality character for the play. Janine was sure convincing taking on a role reversed from her gender. Like there were many female characters in the story. At least not the part they were portraying. So she was the annoying CC, not the cute white bunny. Who was the white bunny then? She sat back in her chair during the tea party and played host the whole time as she circulated her brain for more clues of the remaining characters.
“And that wraps up our little play,” The host announced.
And they had an uproar among the crowd.
Fifteen minutes later, the bunny and Cyndi held the most creative mind and the best performance prizes in their hands–respectively. The others cheered them on. They bowed and then stepped back into the line.
“Now, we have to guess who is who,” The host reminded them all.
Cyndi’s mood had improved since the start of the play. The little kids were just so cute to care anymore about someone’s failure to keep his promise to her. And she did not realize it until the others were calling Jiro’s name again. She turned to the bunny. So he was the bizarre yet cute bunny. She could almost forgive him at the moment.
After some more guessing and all their roles were revealed, they piled back into the backstage area. They had to change and get ready for the finale. A song they had rehearsed together several weeks already–between other events they had to attend.
Another roar of cheer and applause were heard among the crowd as they finished the last verse together.
“Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement,” Jiro began his little speech after the crowd quieted down already.
He wanted to thank the crowd. It was only appropriate since they did vote for him in the past skit.
“I have something else to announce today,” Jiro continued, his voice cheerful and lively. “I want to share with everyone that I have found my happiness at last.”
As if on cue, Calvin and Chun stepped out of line. Will and Vic were even getting ready to harmonize with one another. They were singing Cyndi’s favorite song. Even Janine and Sandrine were chiming in with some verses, contributing mostly as background vocalists. Cyndi was in full shocked mode at that time. Like she couldn’t move. But she had to. She turned to Jiro with a look of bewilderment while he joined in with the singing. Calvin and Chun handed her a bouquet of her favorite flowers and a box of her favorite candies–respectively. Then they stepped aside and made way for Jiro.
“I told you I will keep my promise,” He said into his own microphone as he was face to face with her at last. “I will make our relationship known to the public–and accept any criticisms with you by my side. I will always cherish you and give you happiness to the best of my abilities.”
Cyndi felt her eyes tearing up as she tried to speak. She could only hug him back as the crowd cheered them on.
They were all in on it. And they never let on. Not even the pig Will. Or the loud-mouth Calvin. She could almost forgive them both. Temporarily.
The song was finally finished as both Jiro and Cyndi pulled back and turned to the crowd–their hands still linked. They felt the shutters of cameras and the loud cheering echoing throughout this section of the mall. Even the little kids who were only interested in the little prizes of today’s fun games cheered them on. It was the most memorable experience for Cyndi. Even beating the time she made it into the industry and had gained many fans. Gaining fans was easy, but having loyal fans was rare.
And they were so lucky to have their fans’ support.
Cyndi turned to give Jiro another loving look as the host took the center spot again. Jiro returned her look with one of his cute boyish smiles.

WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD. If you DO NOT want to be spoiled, please DO NOT read. You have been warned.
This episode entered with Shan Ren crawling on the floor, trying to find some lost items.
NO, just kidding. He was demonstrating some techniques for the others to see while Sheng Nan was lecturing. Serves the guys right for picking on Shan Ren and making such comments. No wonder they had to demonstrate it while chanting the words. They should’ve known better by now. That was just plain childish.
More scolding marathon as they were carrying out the new techniques. No surprise yet still amusing as always.
Definitely another promotional tactic since they were playing Fahrenheit’s “Very Quiet” (很安靜) in the background while Tian Bin was being led away by An Bang. (The song was also used in Momo Love in case anyone wanted to know.) It sure brought out a different feeling for this one. Love versus friendship that was.
The long-awaited moment by some fans since Jacky finally appeared! Nice? He made Tian Bin quite nervous! (LOL) NOT really, but it was hard for Tian Bin to say anything. Why was Jing Wen quiet as well? (Okay, finally refreshed my mind with the following scene of Tian Bin’s mother yelling at them. Haven’t watched for a while so forgot how fierce she was. She even scolded Ding Hao. No wonder it was hard for Tian Bin to say anything.) Someone was being sooo obvious with always smiling at Jing Wen.
Poor Bi Ying, got scold at. Ooohhh…face off. I guess everyone was getting their fair share of scolding too. So I shouldn’t feel too bad for Bi Ying being the only one while the others stand aside. Since everyone was enduring her monologue. But aside from all those yelling, it was understandable with how she was protecting Tian Bin. Tian Bin finally had the courage to tell her though. NOT something extreme, but it was good he told her he needed to learn to rely on himself, etc. Ding Hao took the opportunity to jump in and save the day! (LOL) Well, he was trying to ease the situation. He was definitely the man all right. He took Tian Bin’s mother on a tour so she could be reassured. (Totally agreed with the tactic since it was more convincing than all the talks.) Shan Ren trying to fix every single thing in their room, LOL! (Funny how he said it wrong and everyone was staring at him! Probably from nerves. Can’t blame him.)
The ‘F4’ team was back to practicing their songs again. Cool. Or was that a new song? Still cool. Eh…An Bang and Jing Wen actually found the time to send signals to one another? (JUST KIDDING, but still…) Promoting Facebook? LOL! I found it sort of funny though since they gave Tian Bin a notebook with all the contact information in there. (I know for sure some of the cast already has it, but all? Maybe I should search harder for some more.) Luo Gang rarely speaks up for anyone regarding any matters, considering how he was always the observant one, but this time, he even spoke up for Tian Bin. Touching indeed. Kind of predictable that he could stay since it wouldn’t be the same without Tian Bin, right? One item down, what next?
Two guesses that they would get scolded by Shan Ren again since they were supposed to be sweeping AND NOT stand around and sing. Yes, they were celebrating for their victory, but still…
So I was wrong that they didn’t get scold this time. (THIS TIME ONLY.) I guess they do deserve some slacks since it was a combined effort from everyone in convincing Chen Ma Ma. It was interesting though that An Bang seemed to loosen up about matters. At least it seemed so. Funny how An Bang was saying it was all Shan Ren’s doing. AND Shan Ren had no idea Jing Wen was putting him on. Still, have to credit everyone for chipping in.
I guess all those scoldings was worth it after all. An Bang sought her out for coffee. Too bad she doesn’t drink coffee at night. (For real, not saying it because she was pissed, lol.) Sheng Nan came and teased them. That was soooo cute! (I could dream though!) Too bad.
Oooohhh…so it was Bi Ying’s idea for Sheng Nan to go seek out a candidate! To brush off Sheng Nan’s mother’s attempt to match-make for her of course. No wonder the previews show her going around asking everyone. LOL! Bi Ying said it was either Shan Ren or Luo Gang? Funny!
Eh…the mumbling twins were at odds? OKAY… Hard to pick who to side with though. What? Shan Ren still find the time to poke at Luo Gang? So funny how Wang Wei was walking away when Shan Ren said that Luo Gang couldn’t measure up to him (Shan Ren).
They were forced to face the wall since they were goofing off instead of studying. Geez, obvious. What were they thinking? Only Shi Jun was serious. Poor Wang Wei, got yelled at as well. (It made sense though since he was supposed to keep charge of ’em.) He yelled right back at the group so he didn’t really lose! (LOL)
And the scene in the previews, LOL! Wang Wei’s expression was just priceless! He thought he was making a joke but the joke was on him! LOL! So funny how he was trying to ease out of it! LOL! He was saying how he was busy but he wasn’t before. She went and asked to the point that everyone knew? LOL! Even An Bang was saying how he wasn’t free, LOL!
Luo Gang turned her down just like that? LOL! He was teasing her so bad. Now she was giving Bi Ying the eye.
Hai Sheng’s attempt to score points with Yu Ting! LOL! He was using that time to advertise all his good traits, LOL.
LOL! That was another priceless moment! Was she serious? She was so funny though. It was unbelievable that An Bang doesn’t have a girlfriend? Hey, not so unconvincing though since he often yelled at the others like crazy, LOL! It only reduced recently. OOoh…Wu Yong and Da Tong were so brave! They dared to make fun of An Bang! And it was funny that An Bang was only nervous but not getting mad at them. A new!
Oooh…An Bang was so cunning. Using Lai Hu to give Luo Gang the bottle. At least I guess so since it always failed when An Bang mentioned their mother. Still, Lai Hu was all heart, trying to help them patch things up.
Previews. Shan Ren and Sheng Nan! She finally sought Shan Ren out for help? He was practically cheering! Fun stuff since their family get to visit them for the day?
BTS! Man, more NGs. More rolls of films wasted, lol. I almost forgot! Tang Feng had to share with Lin Dao Yuan! Poor him! Really sacrificing here! (If you know him and his thing with not wanting to share with others. Not ‘share’ share, but more like sharing ‘saliva’. Eek!) Watching the second time, no wonder Lin Dao Yuan choke since he was forced to place the item in his mouth, but not the spoon. Someone wasn’t so into sacrificing after all.
